Free check: the URL you type in, plus your IP address, used only to enforce a limit of a handful of checks per hour -- it isn't tied to a name and isn't kept past that hour.
Signing up: your email and website (agency accounts: also your agency name), stored in our database (Cloudflare D1).
Paid audit: we fetch your website's public pages the way an AI crawler would, and send that text to Anthropic's Claude API to extract structured facts about your business -- name, phone, address, hours, services -- the same information already public on your own site. Those facts are stored in our database and used to build the snippet we hand you and the public business page these tools are meant to be readable from.
Payment: handled entirely by Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your card number, only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
Google listing check: as part of a paid audit we send your business name and website address, and nothing else, to Google's Places API. That's how we compare what your own site says about your phone, address, and hours against what Google's listing is telling AI assistants.
Monitoring: your findings, sent monthly by email through Resend.
We don't sell your data to anyone.
We don't share it beyond the vendors above (Stripe for payment, Anthropic for fact extraction, Google for the listing comparison, Resend for email) needed to run the service.
Canceling stops monitoring and takes your business page down at the end of the period you've already paid for. We keep your past scan history in case you come back -- it isn't automatically deleted. Email us if you'd like your account data removed instead.
